1900 Toronto type 8 flag (JAN 19 00) ties #85 2c Map on cover to Greenwood, British Columbia, black “T 15” indicating 3c shortpaid, and cancelled. Perhaps the post office thought it was addressed to British Guiana, or Columbia and shortpaid, realized their error and cancelled the postage due. Reverse with Greenwood, British Columbia (JA 24 00).
