1847 SFC transatlantic carried letter endorsed by ship “Sir Richard Jackson” reverse with “Forwarded by Bradshaw and Hardman”, entered the mails at Montreal (SP 25) as a drop letter, ms “1d”, The forwarding agent was presumably in Liverpool as there is a Hardman & Co listed as forwarding agent but not Bradshaw and hardman (unlisted).
